Now that you have completed the piecing of your quilt top, come and learn how to design the layout of quilting motifs and borders for the completion of your next heirloom. We will start with the design layout, and then learn how to transfer your selection on to your quilt. Space is limited. $55

In this class, you will learn to quilt loops, curves, designs, free motion straight lines, and simple stipple by using your home sewing machine. You will learn the art of Heirloom free-motion machine quilting. Space is limited. $55

JILL SCHUMACHER - SASHIKO SAMPLER CLASS-INTERMEIDATE TO ADVANCED MACHINE QUILTER

Jill is exclusively teaching this fee motion machine quilted Sashiko sampler class at Quilted Angel. If you love decorative quilting stitches and have admired the beauty of Sashiko designs, you will love this class. Come join Jill on an adventure in creating a beautiful Sashiko Sampler by machine. Finished projects measures 40” x 40”. You will learn to properly lay out the blocks of nine different Sashiko stitches; mark, layer, and machine quilt beautiful designs. You will even decorate the sashings with a lovely border print, all on your home sewing machine. Jill will make the marking easy and fun, and then show you how to quilt each motif easily and quickly, using free motion quilting techniques. Must be able to free motion quilt and have good control of stitches.
